Invenio Marketing Solutions (aka ‘The Lead Dogs’) has full time employment opportunities for Inside Sales Representatives for a variety of customer and channel partner facing roles. We’re looking for high-drive individuals with a background and expertise in selling software solutions to business customers and/or working with a channel partner. Invenio will hire team members to work from our client’s facilities in Mississauga, Ontario; Vancouver, British Columbia; Ottawa, Ontario; and Calgary, Alberta on or around September 1st.

General Responsibilities

Invenio has several roles available. Among these several roles, the Inside Sales Representatives will perform a variety of duties while supporting the Invenio Marketing Solutions’ Canadian customer base. Among other duties, and depending on specific assigned position, the Inside Sales Representatives will:

  • Reach customers to influence software purchasing decisions to generate interest and demand.
  • Develop and deploy account strategies which are to include, but not limited to, calls, e-mails, webinars, working with channel partners, etc.
  • Leverage business from new and existing contacts to qualify opportunities for company-wide agreements.
  • Prospect and develop net new sales opportunities.
  • Up sell and cross sell into existing accounts.
  • Ensure on-time renewal of enterprise agreements while increasing the licensing level of customers.
  • Drive sales opportunities to close.
  • Provide expertise to the reseller/channel partner.

Required Experience

Invenio would like to speak with candidates for the Inside Sales Representative roles that have:

  • Expertise and/or ability to sell enterprise software deals and services to senior level executives against competitive industry products and services.
  • Knowledge and experience working within a solution/consultative selling methodology to uncover pain points, identify customer budget, timeline, decision making processes, and create buying vision with customer.
  • At least three years of sales support/service and 3-5 years of Solution Selling.
  • Working in a virtual team environment, helping to orchestrate several contributing elements of the sales process for our internal client and external customer.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of structural differences of small, mid and large businesses, and overall understanding of business makeup and working knowledge of Network Infrastructure.
  • Must have a strong focus on customer/channel partner satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Graduate of a four year Diploma program or a strong candidate with a 2 year University degree.
